As soon as you enter GTA Online, you should receive a Lamar phone call shortly after. All you have to do is answer the call and inform you all about a business opportunity. Of course, this will not be completely above the law!

After the call, go to the Dynasty8 Executive website and buy one of the four available agencies. These range from $2,010,000 for the Little Seoul agency up to $2,830,000 for the most expensive option, so you might have to complete some missions to raise funds if you do not have them.

After selecting the Little Seoul agency (assuming that you are cheap like us), you must confirm a series of optional extras. It is recommended that you choose the offers of Armory, accommodation and vehicle workshop on this screen, as you will provide places to reappear, get weapons and store vehicles. The other three options are cosmetic and unimportant.

Once you have successfully bought the agency building on the Dynasty8 Executive website, go to your location in the game. When you arrive here, you can start the new DLC missions «The Contact» in GTA Online.
