Call of Duty: Vanguard is finally here, and the first thing most players want to do before dare to suit the front is to adapt their control settings. Slide and assemble are two of the most important things in Call of Duty, and the default settings are a bit strange in Vanguard. If you are used to play Warzone or Black Ops Cold was to play, the default settings will be different from those who are used to. So you can change the sliding and mounting control in Call of Duty: Vanguard.
How to change the sliders in Call of Duty: Vanguard
By default, moving to Keep is set. This means that you must hold down the Squid button to begin sliding, making the canceling slides and other movement techniques harder.
To change this, open the Settings menu and navigate to the Gameplay section of the Controller tab. There you can set the foil behavior either to Tap or Keep. Most players will want to choose Tap as this is the preferred setting in Warzone and other call of duty titles.
How to change the Vanguard mounting control
After she was absent last year, assembly returns to Call of Duty: Vanguard back. It was first introduced in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and is also included in Warzone, but in these games, the players in the default setting must press the melee key to assemble your weapon. In Vanguard, the standard mount settings are different. All you have to do is push the ADS button near an edge to mount.
To change this, open the setting menu of the game and go to the Gameplay section of the Controller tab. There you can set the activation of the weapon render to one of three options. You can leave it as a default option ADS or set to the Warzone default setting Ads + Melee. There is also a double-tap ads setting, which is also new to Vanguard, and you can even completely disable the mount if you wish.
Call of Duty: Vintage is now available for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X | S.
