After the disappointing Travis Strike Again, the no more Heroes 3 appears tomorrow.
With psychonauts 2, a continuation has already appeared this week, to wait for the fans of its predecessor longer than a decade - even more than one and a half decades. The time span between No More Heroes 2 and 3 is not quite as big, but still quite long. 2010 came the second part of the series for the Wii on the market. No More Heroes 3 now appears eleven years later. OK, in between, the spin-off Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes came out, but that does not count (even because it has not become great). What else is in the new action game and what else is there to know about it, we'll tell you at this point.
What is No More Heroes 3?
Travis TouchDown is back. Twice he fought at the top of the order killer ranking list. In no more Heroes 3, his biggest task awaits him: his hometown of Santa Destroy is hit by Aliens. The main manager for the invasion is the supercriminal Jess Baptiste VI, known under the name Prinz Fu. The Galactic Super Held Rank matches the most dangerous assassins from the widths of the universe. Again, Travis must struggle to the top and this time just to save the whole earth.
You realize: In terms of Story, you should not expect anything to be too high level from No More Heroes 3. The new part of the series is at least equalized as the predecessors, probably even penetrated. That should not only be noticeable in terms of history, but also with the many boss fights.
The action is in the foreground in No More Heroes 3. With a laser cat, you are thumping through groups of standard gussets, then fighting against their boss. You have the choice, whether you can trigger everything by pressing a button or plays with motion control and swings one of the Joy Cons, as if he were a sword. As an additional tool for the fight is available to you in No More Heroes 3 of Death Glove. With this special glove you are able to fire exploding bullets or slow down the attacks of your enemies. Due to the modifiability, the Death Glove can be adapted to your preferences.
No More Heroes 3 is not just struggling. As in the predecessors there is also an open game world again. You can free Santa Destroy on foot and explore by motorcycle. You find some collection items, you can buy new clothes in stores and accept all kinds of side jobs. So you may face one of the assassins of the ranking, you will eventually need money. So your garbage collects, mows lawn or eliminating some alligator problem.
Who did it?
Just like the predecessors, No More Heroes 3 comes from the forge of Japanese Studios Grasshopper Manufacture. This is the company of Goichi Suda, better known under his nickname Suda51. He has founded Grasshopper Manufacture in Tokyo in 1998 and also leads it as CEO, but is not just a businessman. In many games of the company, Suda acted significantly as Game Director.
Which platforms appear Mo More Heroes 3?
The first two no more heroes parts have initially appeared exclusively for the Wii, but were later not only ported to the switch but also the PC. At first, Travis Strikes Again was also Nintendo-exclusive, but already nine months after the switch version, versions for PS4 and Windows followed. And what about No More Heroes 3? Well, even this is for the time being for the switch. Who knows, maybe it's the same later on other systems, at least on the PC.
Answer No More Heroes 3?
No More Heroes 3 is for all those who are on crazy Japanese video games. That's nothing here for you if your realistic (-re) food preferred. In addition, you should not expect too much from the Open World. Grasshopper Manufacture certainly did not have the budget to compete with such a thing as GTA 5 or even just a Watch Dogs Legion - which was certainly never the intention of developers.
