Carson James Went (birthed December 30, 1992, in Raleigh, North Carolina) is an American football player on the setting of quarterback. Went bets the Indianapolis Colts in the National Football League (NFL). He played College Football for North Dakota State. In the NFL Draft 2016, he was chosen 2nd of the Philadelphia Eagles, for which he played by 2020.
The start of the game was still the two respective faces of the team: Indianapolis' Running Back Jonathan Taylor underlined his MVP ambitions with a 43-yard run, which is the way for a Touchdown pass from Quarterback Carson Went on Receiver T.Y. Hilton paved. Cardinals playmaker Kyle Murray broke on the other side an impressive 57-yard run, the longest of his career, from the fence, the Running Back Chase Edmonds a little later to the touchdown.
Thereafter, Taylor and Murray were better edited by the opposing defenses, but after a failed snap, Murray had to throw away the ball in his own end zone, the grounding penalty imposed led to a safety for the colts. After another Field Goal of Indy-respective faces Michael Badly, the Cardinals, which had already lost in Detroit last week, were falling behind at 6:12 in the break.
Murray gorgeous — Went even more spectacular
Thanks to a curious trick plays at the Punt Return and a magnificent touchdown pass from Murray on Antoine Wesley, Arizona was in the third quarter then at the front — but only for a short time. The Colts countered by a new Field Goal, in turn the actually safe Cards' respective faces Matt Prater already held his third attempt of the day — two Field Goals and an extra point left the routinize.
After all, Went with a magic passport on Christmas Eve for the preliminary moment: Center of the fourth quarter shirted the Colts' playmaker at Third Down from the run and extremely difficult position out a 14-yard touchdown on Demon Patron and put it on 22:13.
The Cardinals then only a Field Goal, Arizona missed again the chance to make the play-off ticket prematurely — and must now be afraid of the division leadership in the NFC West to the La Rams (Sunday against Minnesota). For the Colts, the unexpected away win in the narrow wildcard race of the AFC, however, became more important.
